PureForge, a leader in advanced braking solutions, has proudly announced its sponsorship of the NAFA 100 Best Fleet Awards. This prestigious event recognizes excellence in fleet management, focusing on both commercial and retail sectors. Additionally, PureForge’s involvement extends to the Green Energy Award, highlighting their dedication to environmentally friendly technologies. Their proprietary Atomic-Forging® technology significantly enhances the lifespan of brake rotors and pads while effectively reducing harmful brake dust emissions.

Key Highlights:

  • Advanced Braking Solutions: PureForge introduces 27 new brake kits tailored for class 1-5 fleet vehicles, promising substantial reductions in total cost of ownership (TCO).
  • Environmental Impact: The technology reduces brake dust, a known air pollutant, aligning with rigorous environmental standards including the EU7 regulation.
  • Economic Efficiency: A national last-mile delivery service experienced a remarkable $676 million in savings over eight years, attributable to PureForge’s technology.
  • Durability and Longevity: Tests confirm that PureForge brakes surpass conventional OEM brake endurance, offering significant advantages in durability and performance.
  • Innovative Features: The multi-layer rotor treatment extends rotor life up to 10 times and doubles pad lifespan, while also introducing branding possibilities on the rotor surface.

At the forefront of the event, PureForge Brakes showcased their latest advancements, designed specifically for fleet owners of class 1-5 vehicles. CEO Gordon Heidacker emphasized the economic benefits: “The inherent properties we infuse in every PureForge Brake rotor led to huge savings in the total cost of ownership for these fleets. It’s a considerable saving not to be overlooked,” highlighting a case study where a fleet of 41,500 vehicles saved significantly.

Director of PureForge Testing, Dave Sherman, praised the resilience and performance of their braking systems under rigorous conditions: “The brakes stand up to everything fleet drivers throw at them.”

Heidacker proudly stated, “We are delighted with PureForge’s performance on fleet units. For TCO, I’ll put our brakes up against anyone else for savings, durability, longevity, and performance, including some of the most well-known brands.”

Looking to the future, PureForge is set to start development on an exciting branding opportunity that allows logos added to the rotor wear surface to remain visible throughout the life of the rotor. This feature, unique to PureForge, represents another stride in their commitment to innovation and quality in the braking industry.

NAFA’s 2024 journey is aptly tagged as moving towards new frontiers and big possibilities—a vision that aligns with the transformative impact of PureForge Brakes and their patented Atomic Forging process on the global brake market and fleet management landscapes.
