Keronite Brings In John Tilbrook as New COO

31st October 2018 –– Haverhill, UK –– Keronite (Keronite International Ltd.) is delighted to announce the appointment of John Tilbrook as Chief Operations Officer.

John brings a track record of managing and implementing successful continuous manufacturing improvements with him to Keronite. In his previous role, John was responsible for multiple operations departments and managed a team to drive operational excellence.

Most recently, John headed operations at a leading coating company for anticorrosive pretreatments and powder coatings. Throughout his time at the company, he reduced lead times by more than 20% and improved lean 6 manufacturing adherence to more than 70%.

“John’s experience and achievements made him the standout candidate,” comments Matt Hamblin, Keronite’s CEO. “The added fact that he’s worked in highly customer-focused continuous production units and at scale will make his experience invaluable as Keronite continues to grow,” he continues.

The opening of Keronite’s new technology centre will mark a rapid increase in production capacity, with much of the capacity already planned to be utilised by Keronite’s long-term customers.
