Frasle Mobility, a leading company in the mobility sector, announced an impressive annual net revenue of R$3.4 billion for 2023, marking a significant 10.8% increase over the previous year. This achievement not only signifies the company’s robust growth trajectory—nearly doubling in size over the past five years—but also highlights its resilience and strategic prowess amidst a challenging macroeconomic landscape. Frasle Mobility’s financial success was underpinned by several strategic moves, including its ability to maintain sales momentum in North America and expand its market share in Europe. This expansion was notably supported by the acquisition of Juratek in the United Kingdom. The company’s adjusted EBITDA surged to R$664.7 million for the year, up by 39.8%, with an EBITDA margin of 19.6%, reflecting a 4.1 percentage point increase from the previous year.

Hemerson de Souza, Frasle Mobility’s Investor Relations Officer, expressed pride in the company’s strategic achievements, stating, “The results we obtained demonstrate, once again, the assertiveness of our strategy.” The company’s president and CEO, Sérgio L. Carvalho, also shared optimism for the future, especially as Frasle Mobility approaches its 70th anniversary, emphasizing the brand’s pioneering and sustainable impact on the mobility landscape.

Despite a slight seasonal slowdown in the fourth quarter of 2023, with a minor 0.7% decrease in consolidated net revenue compared to the same period last year, Frasle Mobility maintained stable results. The company navigated challenges, particularly in the Argentine market, demonstrating its resilience and adaptability.
