Frasle Mobility Reports Historic H1 Results

CAXIAS DO SUL, Brazil – Frasle Mobility reported historical results for the first half (H1) of 2023. The company achieved R$1.8 billion in consolidated net revenue in the period, an increase of 18% compared to the first six months of 2022.

The adjusted EBITDA reached R$376.6 million in H1, up 63%, while adjusted EBITDA margin was 21.4% or 5.9 percentage points higher than the same period of the previous year.

Revenue in the foreign market, which brings together exports from Brazil with the result of operations in other countries, totaled R$ 585.2 million.

“This performance demonstrates the consistency of the actions in execution, which brings together a wide range offer of products in diverse geographies and respected brands, which ensures complete solutions for the automotive market that support and resilience for the company’s business,” reported Hemerson de Souza, Investor Relations director of Frasle Mobility.

In the second quarter the consolidated net revenue was R$ 919.6 million, an increase of 17.5% compared to the second quarter of last year. The adjusted EBITDA was R$199.5 million, up 60%, and the adjusted EBITDA margin was 21.7%, up 5.7 percentage points.

Frasle Mobility also recorded revenue in the foreign market of R$ 308.5 million in the second quarter.

In addition to the results and relationships built during relevant events to the automotive market such as Automec in Brazil, the company has implemented a new layout and functionalities to its service platform – the Auto Experts.

It also started the commercialization of a new product line in Fremax brand, called Maxcoating, which presents to the global market discs and brake drums coated with anticorrosion paint that contains exclusive and patented nanotechnology that increases the durability of the products.
