BETTAPARTS Adds ABTEX Brake Hoses

BRADFORD, U.K. — Fras-Le-owned BETTAPARTS has launched a new range of ABTEX Brake Hoses, with the addition of more than 200 new part numbers, as the brand looks to meet increased market demand.

“Operating under extreme stress whenever the brakes are used, brake hoses are a safety-critical part on all vehicles,” said Matt Leeming, marketing manager at BETTAPARTS. “They need to be checked regularly, as any faults will lead to a loss of brake fluid. This in turn will cause a drop in pressure, which can lead to catastrophic brake failure.”

ABTEX brake hoses are tested to SAEJ1401 requirements, and they undergo strict burst tests and volumetric expansion tests for the ultimate in safety.

Plus, all assemblies are pressure tested 3000-3600psi and approved to both ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015. The testing is carried out from raw materials through to the final product and all units are made in the U.K.

The new brake hose part numbers from BETTAPARTS are made to cover popular passenger cars (PC) and light commercial vehicles (LCVs), including Ford Transit (06 – 14), Seat Leon (2005-2013) and Toledo (2004-2009), SKODA Octavia (2004-2013), Superb (2008-2015) and Yeti (2009-2017), VOLKSWAGEN Touran (2003-2010) and Ford Fiesta 2001 – 2010.
