Location: Remote / U.S.
Hagman Search Group is conducting a Sales Manager search for a global brake organization. This is a remote-based position and will focus on developing and maintaining national fleet accounts across North America.
The successful candidate will possess sales experience in national fleet, distribution, or automotive aftermarket and truck parts sales. The ability to communicate with a diverse customer base at all levels of purchasing will be a primary determinant of success.
- The ability to balance multiple customers with diverse needs and to operate on a national scope is required.
- Maintaining existing customer relationships while establishing new ones are keys to success in this position.
- This position will require extensive travel.
Looking for an aggressive sales professional who can expand sales through effective telephone networking as well as travel where needed.
The ability to manage a national sales team through mentoring, coaching, and performance monitoring is required.
The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years aftermarket and fleet sales and sales management experience.
A proven track record is desired with the ability to balance multiple customers with diverse needs and to operate on a national scope is required.
