This figure marks a slight increase of 0.3% from the previous year. The company’s adjusted EBITDA stood at R$ 154 million, with an EBITDA margin of 18.3%. Particularly notable was the 6.4% growth in foreign market revenues, signaling robust international demand.

Key Highlights:

  • Net Revenue: Maintained at R$ 841.3 million, showing a minor growth of 0.3%.
  • Adjusted EBITDA: Achieved R$ 154 million with an 18.3% margin.
  • Foreign Market Growth: Revenues from international operations increased by 6.4% to R$ 341.9 million.
  • Operational Highlights: Improved operational management and strategic expansions in mature markets contributed significantly.
  • Global Expansion: Marked the first anniversary of acquiring Juratek in the UK and noted key sales in the US and new ventures in India and Colombia.

The stability in Frasle Mobility’s revenue underscores effective operational management and strategic supply chain adjustments. Enhanced productivity and a consolidated sales team in Brazil have played crucial roles. “The Brazilian aftermarket remained active, even with the seasonality of the vacation and holiday period. In the automotive segment, there was an increase in volumes sold favored by a more favorable consumption environment. The achievement of new business in other countries, especially in the original product lines, boosted revenue abroad,” explained Hemerson de Souza, Investor Relations Director at Frasle Mobility.

The first quarter also highlighted the company’s ongoing global expansion. The acquisition of Juratek in the United Kingdom has reinforced Frasle Mobility’s presence in mature markets. Additionally, the introduction of new brake linings for commercial vehicles in the United States and the expansion of ASK Fras-le operations in India, along with a new distribution center in Colombia, were pivotal.

“The year begins by reinforcing our responsibility in the consistent and resilient execution of the business strategy combined with delivering results that allow the construction of a future with sustainable growth,” stated Frasle Mobility’s President and CEO, Sérgio L. Carvalho.
