FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, Germany — Earlier this year, ZF announced the creation of its new division, which unites the company’s former Commercial Vehicle Technology and Commercial Vehicle Control Systems, the latter of which was formed from ZF’s May 2020 acquisition of WABCO. ZF is the largest single-source complete commercial vehicle technology supplier and integrator in North America.
“The integration of four respected brands, WABCO, TRW, Lemförder and Sachs, gives ZF the industry’s most extensive North American footprint and enables us to successfully partner with customers, no matter their needs,” said Julien Plenchette, ZF senior vice president, Americas, Commercial Vehicle Systems Division. “We’re eager to showcase this new division and our leading technologies at TMC 2022.”
