Gelbcke’s extensive background equips him well for this role. Currently, he serves as CEO of Benelux & France at LKQ Europe, where he has honed his skills in managing regional operations. Before that, he spent 18 years at Tenneco, rising to General Manager & Vice President Aftermarket EMEA. This experience has given him deep insights into both parts manufacturing and distribution, key areas that will benefit ZF Aftermarket’s European operations.
In his new position, Gelbcke is expected to reinforce ZF Aftermarket’s market position in Europe. His focus will include fostering stronger customer connections and promoting a culture of innovation through engaged employees. This aligns with the company’s goal of delivering top-tier products and services tailored to the automotive industry’s evolving demands.
