European workshops are set to benefit even further by working in partnership with ZF Aftermarket, as the business prepares to launch its new bonus points program, ZF [pro]Points, in May. From Mid-May, workshops across Germany, Austria, Great Britain, France, Poland, Spain and Portugal will be awarded points for every purchase made across ZF Aftermarket’s OE quality brand portfolio of aftermarket parts: Lemförder, Sachs and TRW. These points will be held in specific workshop accounts on a dedicated on-line ZF [pro]Points portal and can be redeemed for lucrative bonuses, including consumer electronics and fitness accessories.
“The aim of the program is twofold,” explains Markus Wittig, head of the Independent Aftermarket Business Unit. “We want to reward our workshop customers’ brand loyalty and also further strengthen the ties with our trade partners. The best way of doing this is to supplement our OE quality product portfolio with attractive purchase incentives for them via ZF [pro]Points.”
The independent workshops across Germany, Austria, Great Britain, France, Poland, Spain and Portugal will initially be integrated into the bonus program. Tailored to the specific requirements of each country, the ZF [pro]Points program is extremely easy to implement and use. To take part, the workshop registers at: www.zf-propoints.com. Once this is done, a workshop specific account will be created for each user. For example, partners in Great Britain and Poland will collect labels on the product packaging and send them directly to ZF [pro]Points. The accounts of participating workshops in Germany and Switzerland will automatically be credited with bonus points via the ZF [pro]Points portal, for each ZF product purchased from the participating wholesaler.
Using unique account passwords, each registered user can access their account and keep a check on points earned. Once the user has accrued enough points they can redeem them for high quality items which include consumer electronics and fitness accessories.

The workshop partners obtain valuable bonus points when buying aftermarket products from across ZF Aftermarket’s OE quality brand portfolio: Lemförder, Sachs and TRW.
Marcus Wittig explains: “In essence, we have systematically developed the ‘Automotive Diamonds’ program, which many workshops were familiar with, and naturally included in the concept our entire product portfolio for our core topics of driveline, chassis and steering technology.”
