Wilwood Disc Brakes Announces New Rear Brake Kit Upgrades for the Chevrolet C4 Corvette

Wilwood Superlite 4R (SL4R) Big Brake Kit

Camarillo, CA • July 2018Wilwood’s new Superlite 4R rear big brake kits for 1988-1996 C4 Corvette rear axles offer two performance-level configurations for high-capacity braking on the street, slalom or track. The OE brakes are replaced with four piston SL4R calipers and 12.88″ diameter rotors. Kits are also available with an MC4 mechanical parking brake caliper.

Flexlines and parking brake cables specific to the C4 are available for all production chassis Corvettes. Universal cable kits and flexlines are available for custom builds using an adapted C4 Corvette suspension. SL4R rear kits provide complete matching style, performance and balance when used with Wilwood front big brake kits.
