With over 30 years of global leadership experience in the steel, stainless, and specialty alloys industries, Wasil brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in driving growth and building high-performance teams to the role. His strategic focus on commercial leadership and customer satisfaction is expected to play a key role in Waupaca Foundry’s continued expansion and success.

Throughout his career, Wasil has led multinational teams and helped businesses scale from $100 million to over $1 billion in annual revenue. His extensive background in commercial strategy, marketing, sales, supply chain, and mergers and acquisitions positions him as a valuable addition to Waupaca Foundry’s leadership team. Wasil is known for his passion for U.S. manufacturing and his commitment to fostering strong customer relationships, which aligns with the company’s mission to serve its clients with excellence.

Prior to joining Waupaca Foundry, Wasil held executive positions at Finkl Steel, Olympic Steel, and ThyssenKrupp Materials NA. He is particularly recognized for his ability to develop top talent, build lasting partnerships, and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction while driving operational efficiency. His leadership is expected to further strengthen Waupaca Foundry’s market presence and commercial capabilities.

Waupaca Foundry, headquartered in Waupaca, Wisconsin, operates six iron foundries and a machining and assembly facility.
