TORINO, Italy — TecSA won the international tender for two brake-inertia dynamometers for the Automotive Industry Institute (Przemysłowy Instytut Motoryzacji) PIMOT, that is part of the third largest network of research institutes in Europe “Łukasiewicz Research Network”.
TecSA adds another success in the Polish market, by winning the international contract from PIMOT for the supply of two brake dynamometer benches, one for the car sector and one for the heavy-vehicles sector.
PIMOT is a professional and reliable research and development unit, with modern infrastructure and state-of-the-art research facilities and equipment.
The scientific and research potential of the Institute and the competences and skills of its highly special1zed scientific, engineering, and technical staff are comparable with those of other European research and development centers.
The Institute’s research potential is based on 15 specialistic, accredited and continuously modernized testing laboratories that are unique in Poland.
Łukasiewicz – PIMOT staff members are authors of numerous scientific publications, patents, utility models, as well as papers and pronouncements presented during various seminars and conferences.
Łukasiewicz – PIMOT is the publisher of a scientific quarterly The Archives of Automotive Engineering – Archiwum Motoryzacji, which has been coming out since 1996.
The activities carried out at Łukasiewicz – PIMOT are oriented at direct practical applications and they are important for the development and improvement of innovativeness and competitive power of the Polish industry.
