SSBrakes Introduces New Master Cylinder for Early Gen-1 Mustangs

SSBrakes (Clarence NY) unveiled a new Mustang dual-bowl, made in the USA master cylinder for 1964½ – 1969 Mustangs.  This new master cylinder will work on V8 Mustangs with both manual and automatic transmissions.

It is engineered to replicate the original Kelsey Hayes design including the “Jelly Jar” cover.

Machined from the finest high-strength billet aluminum, it looks like the original, but will have 2 internal reservoirs allowing for improved performance and reliability with a factory look.

This kit is direct fit and can be used with all wheels as well as the factory-styled 14 x 7 steel wheels.  It will directly replace the OEM master cylinder without any cutting or bending of shock tower, Z-bar or valve cover.

For over 40 years SSBC has been designing and manufacturing high-quality aftermarket brake systems and components for a wide range of vehicles.  Kits come complete, and are engineered for simple bolt-on installation. The Mustang aftermarket products provide improved stopping power while maintaining the original look and appearance.
