CENDEA DE OLZA/OLTZA ZENDEA, Spain — NUADI Group, with its two brands, NUADI and SADECA, is expanding geographically into North America to better serve its customers.
For those global customers who are already enjoying NUADI Group added value to their businesses in Europe and Asia, this will be a perfect move to better support them at a global level. And for the customers in America, NUADI Group arrives to provide a superior service and become a reliable partner for their organizations.
The new facilities will be placed in Querétaro, Mexico, and will be dedicated to manufacture backing plates, shims and electrical wear sensors, both for aftermarket and original-equipment business lines.
The project is expected to be completed in the coming months and production is planned to start before the end of the present year.
The investment started with two head press lines built by NUADI Group partners: NIDEC ARISA a Nidec Press & Automation Company and LASA.
As in all the NUADI manufacturing locations, a complete wash-and-deburr installation will be installed to provide the best finishing to the backing plates. ROSLER, the company’s long-term partner for surface treatments, will help with the construction of this equipment.
Shims stamping equipment is also planned to be in place to start local production as well as the equipment needed to produce OE programs for electrical wear sensors.
