ROERMOND, Netherlands –Neomy Zaquen, product manager at Lapinus, has received the Best Presentation 2021 Award for her contribution to this year’s EuroBrake. After reviewing all the technical presentations from the virtual Eurobrake, the panel of experts announced Neomy as the winner of the 2021 edition.

The presentation, based on a scientific paper, explains the correlation between friction performance and tribolayer formation using engineered mineral fibres. The insights from the presentation and paper are used by the global brake pad industry to lower brake wear emission values. These values are increasingly important when developing and manufacturing passenger car brake pads.
