Kohli Resigns at Continental India

NEW DEHLI – ETAuto.com is reporting the resignation of Krishan Kohli, Managing Director as well as Head of Segment, Vehicle Dynamics and Hydraulic Brake Systems, Continental Automotive India.

Kohli joined Continental in 2018.

According to ETAuto.com, “Under his charge Continental India took various steps to realign its business operations for faster growth. For instance, adaptation of deep solid localization strategy of anti-lock braking systems (ABS) and its production capacity ramp from 1 mn to around 2.8 mn units annually. The capacity ramp was in line with the scale of business growth of the company’s vertical over the past four years or so.

“Along with manufacturing footprint expansion, the company also saw significant ramp up in R&D activities to develop solutions tailored for the Indian market The recently announced JV with Japan’s Nissinbo is a key highlight during Kohli’s stint.”
