Racing Brake Systems Development and Support
This position will work with the Technical Director helping to develop brake systems for new applications and perform other functions related to production, testing, and customer support required to keep the brand successful.
Responsibilities include:
o Design track and high performance brake systems
o Create production-ready drawings
o Customer technical support
o Specialized testing of brake components on dynamometer
o Failure analysis
o FEA
o Problem solving with suppliers
Requirements
o Education: B.S. Mechanical Engineering minimum
o Minimum 5 years of experience
o Brake system experience is a plus
o Work will be performed primarily at the company offices (not a remote position)
o About two weeks of travel per year
o Proper communications skills
