A series of recalls in Canada has been issued due to gas bubbles in brake fluid. The latest came today, with Honda recalling 7,500 vehicles. Acura MDX, Honda HR-V, and Honda Odyssey are the impacted vehicles.
According to the recall notice on Transport Canada’s website, the bubbles lead to “a soft brake pedal feel and a reduction in brake performance.”
FCA Canada recalled 19,000 vehicles in August because of gas bubbles. In September, GM Canada recalled 19,000 vehicles on account of gas bubbles.
