Auburn Hills, Mich. – The Friction Materials Standards Institute 2019 Catalog is now available to institute members. Since 1948, FMSI has been and continues to be the most recognized catalog and part numbering system in the global aftermarket brake industry.
According to institute Chairman Bill Carney the institute is heavily investing in new technology, upgrading the E-catalog, expanding its global outreach.
“The FMSI paper catalog remains a mainstay for our global members,” said Carney. “You can’t visit a brake manufacture without seeing the FMSI paper book in use”.
The institute with partner Print Well of Taylor Michigan will by 2020 introduce a print on demand service for those moments when the need arises for a custom paper book with the most recent data.
