Cerritos, California – On June 4, 2018, the Friction Materials and Standards Institute (FMSI) held its annual meeting in Longboat Key, Florida. Once again, FMSI honored Dynamic Friction Company (DFC) with its second consecutive award for New Assignments and Applications as the single largest contributor for new parts assignment to FMSI.
FMSI has a 70-year long tradition of providing the automotive aftermarket industry with the most recognized standardization of original equipment part numbers utilized universally by brake and clutch manufacturers, distributors, and installers.
