EuroBrake 2020 Cancels Barcelona Event

STANSTED, U.K. – EuroBrake 2020, an annual gathering of the world brake industry, has canceled its June gathering in Barcelona due to the global pandemic.

According to the organizer FISITA, plans for publishing options for the forum’s papers and all authors have now been contacted. In addition, the organization has reached out to all the current event stakeholders and will update https://www.eurobrake.net/ as soon as any further plans are finalized.

The organization has also assembled a comprehensive list of FAQs which can be viewed by clicking HERE.

This event normally attracts a global audience of engineers, scientists, academics and executives from the industries of passenger car, commercial vehicle, rail, aerospace and the wider industrial sectors.

According to Roger Mateu, Head of Braking Systems Applus IDIADA, “We have been contributing to EuroBrake since 2012 and in 2018 presented five papers to delegates. For braking technology, EuroBrake is the most important event in the world and an excellent platform to interact with our clients and promote our activities.”
