First to Market for Chery

The increasing popularity of Chinese car brands like Chery has led Bendix to swiftly expand its product offerings. This month, Bendix released front and rear General CT™ disc brake pads for the Chery Omoda 5 (2022 onwards) and Chery Tiggo 7 Plus (2023 models). These releases mark a significant first for the aftermarket industry.

General CT™ disc brake pads utilize proven compounds for reliable and secure stopping performance while providing a smooth and consistent pedal feel. Additionally, the pads are equipped with noise and vibration absorbing shims, enhancing comfort for both drivers and passengers. The Blue Titanium Stripe™ technology adds another layer of convenience by offering superior stopping power right out of the box, eliminating the need for a bedding-in period. General CT™ pads are ideal for general-purpose use, providing an excellent option for everyday driving.

New Braking Solutions for 4×4 Vehicles

Bendix has also expanded its offerings for 4×4 vehicles this month, introducing rear Ultimate 4WD™ disc brake pads for the Toyota Hilux Rogue and GR Sport models. Furthermore, Land Rover enthusiasts now have more options with front Ultimate 4WD™ disc brake pads tailored for Discovery Series 4 and 5 (2010-2020 models) as well as additional Range Rover Sport and Defender variants.

Ultimate 4WD™ disc brake pads are engineered for extreme conditions and hardworking 4WDs. They feature Bendix’s premium Mechanical Retention System (MRS) for enhanced pad attachment strength and a high-tech ceramic formulation that results in low dust and reduced noise. These qualities make them a suitable choice for off-road drivers who demand performance and reliability.

With this series of new launches, Bendix continues to strengthen its position as a key player in the brake pad market, offering specialized solutions for diverse automotive needs.
