MEDINA, Ohio — Carlisle Brake & Friction will celebrate Earth Day 2023 with some proactive reforestation activities in conjunction with its commitment to treedom, which is working to plant trees in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Italy for environmental, social and economic benefits.
The company posted the following on its website about its latest plantings:
At Carlisle Brake & Friction, we are investing in our planet by planting trees. And not just any trees – trees that can help clean the air and fight climate change. We are planting trees where they will have the most impact, in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Planting trees isn’t just something nice to do – it is something that has to be done. As a community, as a family that shares the same home, we need to do what we can to protect it. That means planting trees, caring for each other, and working together toward a greener and fairer future for everyone.
This Saturday, April 22, 2023, is Earth Day, the day we come together as a community and invest in our planet.
