COVENTRY, U.K. — AP Racing has announced a major investment at its global headquarters in Coventry. Following business growth, the six-figure capital injection includes an innovative office redesign and a revamped training program for its 180 employees.

Revitalized to reflect the company’s continued global growth, the updated office facility on Seven Stars Industrial Estate in Coventry provides a modern and flexible working space for its team.

Following an extensive planning process, which assessed how the business can better utilize the space for its employees, the office now features additional communal space, including team meeting areas and a hub for taking breaks.

At the center of the design was ensuring the space enables interaction and collaboration among business units and supports the development of junior members of the team, including apprentices and graduates, by better exposing them to the wealth of knowledge across the business.

The next phase of the investment will see the completion of a new paint facility in AP Racing’s manufacturing center, which will enable the business to complete a larger volume and greater complexity of paint work on-site.

The investment follows the announcement earlier this year that AP Racing had opened its first U.S. office in Charlotte, N.C. It operates under a new legal entity, AP Racing North America Corporation (APRNA).
