VARALLO VC, Italy – Andrea Tosi was named Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tosi F.lli s.r.l. at the June 29, 2021 shareholders’ meeting.
The outgoing Managing Directors Tosi Renzo and Tosi Mario, by virtue of their contributions and service to the company, significant for the company’s development, were unanimously appointed Honorary Presidents.

The shareholders’ meeting, in expressing strong satisfaction with Andrea’s new assignment, said the choice of the new Director represented a turning point for the company. It ensures continuity of the management that has brought brilliant results since its foundation.
This choice of Andrea will also make it possible to pursue the strengthening of growth through new ambitious projects.

Tosi F.lli s.r.l. is a dynamic, flexible company with strong know-how in the processing of turned brass. The production capacity is ensured by 44 lathes (multi-spindle, bar-transfer and CNC lathes) as well as four transfer machines.

1 – Small metal parts turned brass: The production of small brass metal parts based on customer design is highly specialized and is supported by a Technical Department, a Department dedicated to the construction of the necessary tools, the Quality Assurance Department and, in general, by a solid company structure that guarantees the maximum result.
2 – SIRIT Automotive: Pneumatic Fittings for Commercial Vehicle Braking Systems: Since 2000, Tosi F.lli srl with its SIRIT brand has been operating in the automotive sector developing, producing and marketing quick couplings for air braking systems dedicated to commercial vehicles.
